Shoot-a-Thon Pledge

Please submit the number of pledges and total amount pledged. Just take your pledge tally sheet and add up the number of donors who have made a pledge and put the total in the 'Number of Pledges' box. Then add up the pledge amounts from the Pledges per Shot Made column on your tally sheet and enter that total in the 'Total Pledged per Shot' box. For example, if Johnny has three pledges, one for $.25/made shot, one for $.50/made shot and one for $1/shot made you would submit:

Total Number of Pledges: 3
Total Pledged per Shot: $1.75

Ask friends, family, neighbors, your Sunday School teacher, minister, the person who cuts your hair, your baseball coach, football coach, people you have supported for mission trips, people you have purchased wrapping paper or cookie dough from, anyone friendly to homeschooling or athletics.

Can someone give a donation rather than a pledge?
Yes. If they would rather give a donation that is great too.

What if I will not see some people before the fundraiser?
You have a couple of options. You can call them or you can email them. Below is a sample email you can cut and paste to send to those people you would like to ask to support you in this fundraiser. You can also use the information below to call for pledges.

What if I cannot make it on September 8th to shoot the free throws?
Please try to be there, but if you cannot make it to Immanuel Baptist Church on September 8th, we will find another time close to the 8th for you to shoot your free throws and have someone available to document your success.

Membership Fees

The registration fee for the inaugural year of TSHSAA will be $45 per family.  This fee is primarily covering insurance costs and possibly some general operating expenses for the organization.  Each individual sport will have additional player fees that will go toward the specific expenses of operating those sports.  If you have completed a membership registration form (Family Membership or PIE), please send your $45 check or money order to TSHSAA, PO Box 663, Farmington, AR 72730.  If you have not completed a registration form, please register online at www.tshsaa.org and mail your payment to the TSHSAA address.  Registration fees are due by July 8.  For insurance purposes, after July 8 student athletes of TSHSAA will not be able to practice/participate if the family registration fee is unpaid.  The basketball coaches are currently planning a few basektball skills camps to be conducted in July so we need to get insurance purchased quickly
